For a specific custom order, what is the process from creation to production?

We collaborate on ideas during the creation process, send you a quote, provide a layout for approval, and then begin production. Our team is ready to create unique pieces tailored to your needs for any occasion.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery within Weston is free. For locations outside Weston, delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility. Pickup in Weston is available for customers from any city.

If it’s a gift, do I need to worry about the wrapping?

As part of our boutique-style production process, we offer beautiful gift wrapping. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it so you don’t have to worry about separate packaging.

Can I bring my own product and just use your services to personalize it?

Yes, we can provide a quote for you. However, keep in mind that you’ll need to drop off and pick up the item. Convenience is one of our greatest values, so if it’s not something you already have, it might be worth letting us handle everything from start to finish. It’s up to you!
